Job Description

The Senior Learning & Development Officer Develop /Update the bank's training curriculum to support critical employee competency development; prepare the yearly training plan to support competency development initiatives across employee categories; Prepare database for Local and International Vendors.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management or Management

  • Work Experience: 3 years as Learning & Development Officer II or equivalent OR 6 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Senior Learning & Development Officer or equivalent OR 7 years relevant experience
