Job Requirements
To be a successful candidate you shall have a minimum Degree in Civil Engineering, with relevant experience in building project construction supervision and contract administration works; experience in the Airport project will be an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years of engineering experience with a Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized university
Experience as Project Manager or Resident Engineer in managing or administering of building (Multiuse building, Malls, Hospitals ...) projects representing any of the three parties in construction contracts
Experience in building construction and /or design projects
At least 5 years specific experience in construction supervision and contract administration project
Have good Knowledge and experience in the engineering field to make schedules accordingly
Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills
Possess supervisory skills to coach and motivate staff
Language:
Fluent in writing and speaking both English and Amharic language
Somali language is advantageous
