Summary of duty and responsibility for General Service & Insurance Off.

For General Service

• The Senior General Service Officer reports to Human Resources & General Service Manager.  The Officer is in charge of all Company General Service activities such as truck movement permit, document authentication process, car service arrangement, cleaning, Guards, utilities, and other related matters.  The Officer will handle the renewal of the Company business License and Machinery and Cars inspection (bolo) every year by communicating with the concerned Government Offices.            

 For Insurance  

• The Insurance Officer reports to Human Resources & General Service Manager. The officer is responsible for doing insurance related activities and processing insurance (medical) benefit for employees in accordance with the Insurance Company’s policies and Health Centers.

    Education 

•  First Degree in Procurement & Supplies Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration & Marketing Management.

    Work Experience 

• 2 years & above experience working as General Service & Insurance Officer
