Job Description
Answers calls, takes messages and handles correspondences; arranges appointments; prepares and collates reports and files; organizes meetings; manages databases; prioritizes workloads; liaises with relevant organizations and clients; act as a receptionist and performs other activities assigned.
Educational Level: BA/Diploma/Level IV in secretarial science and office management, Information Technology and related field of studies from recognized college.
Work experience: a minimum of 2 years and above relevant experience
Work place: Addis Ababa
