Job Description
A Support Engineer will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for working with different systems, software, and hardware and following standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.
Job Requirement
Qualification: BSC Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Information Communication Technology, Electrical Engineering, Management Information System, or related discipline
Experience: Minimum 5 (five) years of hands-on experience in ICT Support Service in a similar business setup. Of which at least three (3) years of practical experience as a Support Engineer
Certification Requirements: – DELL EMC, CISCO, Oracle, and other Vendor (International) Certification
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
