Job Description

Building administrators are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial or residential buildings. They ensure that their properties are well maintained and safe for residents to live in.

Building administrators may also be responsible for managing a team of contractors, vendors, and other professionals who help keep the building running smoothly.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: BA Degree or Diploma in Management or related field of study
• Work Experience: 2/4 years of relevant work experience

• Proven interpersonal communication
• Fluency in English both spoken & written
• Highly Motivated and those who can execute duties with least guidance are encouraged to apply
• Additional language of Afaan Oomo is mandatory
