Essential Function

• Calculates purchase prices and quantity against purchase orders

• Prepares reports of receipts and issuance of store items

• Checks receipts and issued items against bin card records

• Checks periodically the overall stock position of supplies and materials

• Reconciles bin card records with stock card balance regularly

• Charges the cost of office supplies and other items issued to the respective offices

• Ensures proper stock control system

Job Requirement

• BA Degree in Procurement and Supplies, Management, Accounting and Finance, store management, banking and Finance, Business Management and any other related fields

• 4-6 months of relative work experience.
