Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure the accuracy of information in shipping records
Coordinating with other members of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
Maintaining records of shipments in order to identify patterns in shipping errors or delays
Ensuring that products are delivered on time by coordinating with carriers such as trucking companies or railways
Performing clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
Coordinating the use of warehouses or other storage facilities to ensure efficient use of space
Supervising the loading and unloading of cargo onto trucks or trains to ensure that the items are transported safely
Preparing bills of lading and other shipping documents such as customs declarations and insurance policies
Coordinating shipments with customs officials to ensure compliance with international shipping laws

Qualifications
Education & Experience
BA. Degree in Logistics and Supply chain Management
Minimum year of experience: 1 year
Skills
Basic mathematics and electronics
SAP, Excel
Ability to use basic computer skills
Material Resource Planning systems and their applications
Microsoft Office applications
Inventory Management tools
