Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proper documentation of all Docs pertaining to outgoing/incoming parcels and miscellaneous correspondences;

• Collaborating with other team members to develop plans for transporting goods to regional destinations both in air freight and track delivery;

• Supervising key account pickup and delivery;

• Coordinating shipping schedules and routes with transportation companies to ensure that goods arrive on time and without damage;

• Planning and coordinating the movement of shipments using advanced software systems;

• Ensuring that all shipments are as per the standard packaging standard, properly labelled with addresses, contents, weights, etc.;

• Perform any other related tasks assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.

• Proficiency in English both writing and speaking

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

• Able to work under pressure
