Purpose:

• prepare and organize overall engineering decimation for the factory.

• prepare technical specifications, evaluate bidders’ offers according to evaluation criteria document.

• prepare bidding documents.

• supervise construction projects; accept projects upon completion.

• follow & prepare material consumption for construction Maintenance activities.

• maintain the proper condition (cleanness and physical status) of the buildings, roads, and other facilities.

• develop and follow daily, weekly & monthly working plan for building maintenance.

• supervise, control cleaning service supplier, and make scheduled plan for all cleaning service of Factory areas.

• supervise and follow workshop maintenance activities.

• supervise and control WWTP operation, service maintenance & report accomplishment of the activities for line manager.

• Adhere all Environmental, Health and Environment (EHS) regulation & policy of the company, assess risks and execute the proper work permit from initiating to closing stage for any maintenance and project activity under the supervision of the engineer

Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Follow & prepare material consumption for construction Maintenance activities & daily, weekly & monthly working plan for bldg. maintenance section & report accomplishment of the activities for line manager.

• Inspect buildings, facilities and construction works and identify repair and maintenance work required; Follow repair and maintenance of civil works, facilities, drainage and sewerage system and carpentry work; Control and supervise the activities of carpenters, masons, painters, plumbers, sheet metal workers, etc.

• Organize and lead cleaning service for factories area: identify cleaning requirement, make plan, make discussion, control, and supervise supplier cleaning service and activities.

• Supervise and control WWTP operation, service maintenance and collect lab data’s report to respective line manager

• Take measurements of work performed; keeps records of and reports on material consumption, manpower and equipment used and costs involved in construction, repair, and maintenance work takeover with partial, final provisional acceptance document, as built documentation. And handover the the completed project to the respective department and gives documents and necessary explanation.

• Prepare contract documents to be signed with winning bidders in collaboration with legal and corporate affairs service; Hand over all necessary documents and resources to the contractor after signing of the contract for the project kick off; Ensure established working practices, procedures and safety systems, procedures, guidelines, and regulations are properly complied with JTI/NTE.

• Evaluate the progress of the activities; Follow and support the contractor to finish the activities on time and prepares timely reports.

• Adhere and respect company EHS golden rules/policies, risk assessment and work permit standards and closed loop process.

• Perform other activities as instructed & required, which do not contradict with JTI safety rules and code of conduct.

Job Requirements

Education:

• BSC Degree in Civil Engineering

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience.

Skills:

• Actively involved in min 2 mid-size industrial construction projects,

• Good knowledge and experience on building and utilities standards,

• Have knowledge of Cleaning Service and Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP) technologies, Modern, energetic, self-starter, display initiative and proposes pragmatic new ideas / approaches

• Environmental, Health and Safety(EHS) basic standards,

• Computer skills; AutoCAD, Microsoft Windows (MS-excel, MS-word, internet & email).

• Good communication and arrangement skills with colleagues and contractors.

• Good Team work with positive attitude for continuous improvement.
