 Duties and responsibilities of Marketing Officer

• Properly implement a marketing plan based on market assessment and meet the set sales goals.

• Develop, establish and maintain marketing, advertising and promotional activities.

• Follow-up bid that relevant to company’s operation.

• Prepare technical and financial proposals based on the request for proposal.

• Communicates and liaises with existing local and international potential clients via face to face meetings, email and telephone to explain services of the company and ensure optimal level of promotions.

• Ensure proper car rent services as per the company’s policies.

• Prepare the summary of car rent booking on the basis of customer application.

• Create good customer relation with permanent and prospective customers.

• Handle customer compliance according to company’s policies.

•  Review replay car rent bid and Performa invoice correspondence of customers.

• Support collecting, organizing and recommending market information to formulate sound and reliable car rent policies and related sales issues.

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing

• 0-1years Experience as marketing officer in car rental or tour company.

• Problem-solving skills.

• Interpersonal skills.
