Job Description

The Program and Resource Mobilization Director will be responsible for building an increasingly, diversified network of resource partners including development partners, corporates, academia, policy-makers, philanthropists, and foundations.

Job Requirement

Minimum qualification and requirement:

  • MA/BA Degree in project management or related field

  • Proven ability in project /program management techniques & methods

  • Excellent knowledge of performance management evaluation techniques and key metrics.

  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting

  • Having excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Proven ability to lead, coordinate and provide a technical backstop for expression of interest, proposal, and concept note development for the new and prospective project and program opportunities

  • Proven ability in detailed strategic planning and management with a strong execution capacity

  • Capacity to search potential donors and ability to plan oversee fundraising activity

  • Work experience:  A minimum of 5 years and above relevant experience in Program Director or direct related  position
