Job Description
The Program and Resource Mobilization Director will be responsible for building an increasingly, diversified network of resource partners including development partners, corporates, academia, policy-makers, philanthropists, and foundations.
Job Requirement
Minimum qualification and requirement:
MA/BA Degree in project management or related field
Proven ability in project /program management techniques & methods
Excellent knowledge of performance management evaluation techniques and key metrics.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting
Having excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to lead, coordinate and provide a technical backstop for expression of interest, proposal, and concept note development for the new and prospective project and program opportunities
Proven ability in detailed strategic planning and management with a strong execution capacity
Capacity to search potential donors and ability to plan oversee fundraising activity
Work experience: A minimum of 5 years and above relevant experience in Program Director or direct related position
