BSc Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Execution of Crop Management - Manage seed production from soil preparation to harvest, ensuring quality. - Direct agricultural tasks such as bed making, emasculation, pollination, extraction, sorting, and packaging. - Oversee permanent and seasonal workers to maintain productivity and quality.
