REQUIRED SKILL

• Candidates should be self-sufficient and work independently.

• Candidates should be able to prepare bill of quantities for the design works to determine basic cost of the projects and prepare preliminary execution schedule for the construction

• Candidates should be able to produce 3D models, working drawings, specifications, illustrations, animations and other tasks as delegated by the company.

• Candidates should have a good experience on space planning, interior design & presentation, etc...

• Candidates are also required to have working knowledge on Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines to prepare detail drawings as well as working drawings.

• Candidates should have adequate knowledge of building materials which will be used for architectural and interior design works

• Candidates should Manage project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

  Required Software Skills

• Candidates should have good working knowledge of the following software’s
  3DsMax V-Ray Rendering, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop Post production

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create graphical representations of structures

• Analyze costs and benefits of proposed designs or projects.

• Create three-dimensional or interactive representations of designs, using computer-assisted design software.

Job Requirements:

• Academic Background: - BSc in Architecture or in a related field of study

Experience:

• Must have a 5 Year and above on interior design is mandatory
