Job Description

Administrative assistants provide administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.

Job Requirements:

• Education: BA Degree or College Diploma with COC certified in Secretarial Science and Office Management or related fields.
• Experience: 1/2 years of experience in secretarial jobs

Competency:
• Good knowledge of office management practices
• Good inter-personal skills
• Ability to administer office activities
• Ability to compose letters and memorandums
• Skill in the use of basic computer software applications
• Skill in operating office equipment such as fax and photocopier

• Required Number: 1
• Place of Work: Main Branch (Head Office)
• Salary: As per the scale of the Bank
