Bank managers oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirements:

• Education: First Degree in Accounting /Banking /Management or related field
• Experience: 6 years of banking experience at branch level; four of which in supervisory positions.

Competency:
• Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law and financial management
• Thorough knowledge of financial policies and regulations of the Bank
• Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;
• Communication and interpersonal skills;
• Basic computer application skills

• Salary: As per the scale of the Bank
