Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule and follow through on calls with current and prospective customers
Prioritize and facilitate customers’ requests according to urgencies and sales needs
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a sales team
Perform cost-benefit analyses for prospective customers
Inform customers of current promotion activities and discounts
Respond to customers’ requests accurately
Advise customers on suitable products/services that best suit their needs
Work out detailed sales plans/strategies to promote new products/services to existing and prospective customers
Maintain positive business-customer relationships in an effort to ensure customers satisfaction
Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for management review
Source and work customer referrals
Meet monthly and quarterly sales plans
Monitor work performances and timely fill gaps to address customers’ needs
Academic qualification
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales and/or Management
Additional qualifications
Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential (local regional language is an additional asset)
Ability to work in team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, and result-oriented
Well-organized work ethic
Sales promotion and assessment skills
Years of experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in related fields
Salary: Negotiable
