Job Description
Koisha Tour and car rental (the former Bluefin trading plc) is a private limited company. Established in August 2017 primarily to give car rental and tour and travel services. Koisha Tour and Car Rental currently looking for a store Keeper who is able to manage Stores for different incoming items, and who has experience in good dispatch mand general Management of Stores. The Store Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities.
Duties and responsibilities Store keeper
Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
Responsible for packing, labeling, and returning supplies
Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships
Lead the periodical physical inventory task
Prepare periodical report regarding the overall store acquisition, management, and store performance
Ensure stoke is kept from misuse, theft , and Spoilage.

Education:
University Degree in supplies, Store Management, Management, Purchasing or related fields
Experience:
At least 5 years’ Experience in Store Management, experience in Import Export Company
Knowledge of store Management application programs is an advantage
