Job Description

Call centre agents handle incoming or outgoing customer calls for a business. They call existing and prospective customers to promote goods and services. They also obtain sales and arrange sales visits.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Offer advice and recommendations concerning company products and services

  • Manage inbound calls to ensure effective and timely resolution of customer issues

  • Assist customers in resolving issues with purchased products or services

Job Requirements:

  • BA Degree in any Business field

Experience:

  • 1 year experience in a similar position
