Analyst & Development Expert is Responsible for analyzing business processes, installing, updating, tuning, diagnosing, and managing both internal and third-party databases and applications, also he/she involves in the design, build, testing, and deployment process, ranging from websites and mobile applications to web applications.
 
Duties & Responsibilities 

• Examining and evaluating current systems    

• Analyze business processes and requirements

• Monitoring Database and application system performance and identifying problems that arise.

• Ability to integrate software components and third-party programs to meet specifications.

• Ability to troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.

• Interpreting users’ specifications and identifying project user requirements.

• Resolving software deployment and integration errors, and documenting processes.

• Determining system specifications and analyzing test stage data prior to software installation

• Performing routine maintenance and monitoring performance metrics.

• Keeping up to date with industry trends and technology developments.

• Commitment to optimization and accountability evident in creating technical documentation for reference and reporting

• Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process

• Running training sessions and workshops

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors in information technology, computer science or a related technical field,

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in an information technology

• Extensive experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment

• Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications.

• Advanced knowledge of database structure, theory, disaster recovery and database backup procedures

• Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools.
