Job Description
Our client in the import trade of office and banking solutions is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team. If you have been working as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the real estate industry, has managed both field sales and telemarketing of real estate, and would like to work closely with multiple stakeholders then this is the job for you.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
A sales role emphasis, good in developing and maintaining relationships with both customers and suppliers,
Have a good eye for details while keeping the focus on the big market view, to achieve the goals of the company
Search for opportunities and close ongoing deals
Carry out market research to identify market opportunities
Prepare presentations and proposals to prospective clients to sell and promote the company’s products
Identify and carry out all necessary research to define client problems and demand
Regularly generate and present reports setting out the findings, conclusions, and recommendations arising from market research and analysis projects
Develop a marketing strategy to a standard of the state of the art of the global business environment.
Compile and report to upper management and engage with us in planning and strategy development
Job Requirements
With a minimum of 5 years of experience at a similar position in preferably property management companies, real estates or hotels, or related.
In depth understanding and experience of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Demonstrable management skills to organize and lead marketing and sales teams.
Good understanding of digital sales and digital marketing.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing and sales goals.
