Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Needs Education, Social Work, Community Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Support the establishment and operationalization of disability inclusive Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) centers in target kebeles. - Conduct community sensitization sessions to promote the right to education for children with disabilities. - Organize and deliver basic training and ongoing coaching for ALP facilitators and school staff on inclusive education and disability awareness. - Collect accurate, disaggregated data on learners (age, gender, disability, and location). - Ensure that all project activities comply with ECDD’s Code of Conduct, Child and Adult at Risk Safeguarding Policy, and PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) Policies.

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Education, Community Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with People in Need (PIN), Woreda Education Office, Woreda Women and Children Affairs Office (WoWCA), schools, PTSA, and community-based child protection volunteers to implement child protection interventions as part of the broader humanitarian response plan. - Assist in the development and implementation of all EiE-related educational interventions. - Support and follow up on school activities, including teaching and learning, community engagement, school leadership, and the overall school environment.

PhD or Master's Degree in Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness and Value Chain Management, Economics, Public Policy, Development Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 6 years in the areas of leadership and policy analysis, involving agricultural inputs and/or private sector engagement in agriculture. Duties and Responsibilities: - Under direction of the Policy Study and Food Systems Director, oversee comprehensive assessments to inform agenda setting and identify priority issues within the agricultural sector, emphasizing the role of the private sector in agriculture and agricultural inputs. -Coordinate and participate in joint planning workshops with both public and private stakeholders focused on policy issues, ensuring that input supply chains are effectively integrated into policy dialogues.
