Job Description
Collects the necessary data from site and office to prepare take-off sheet and specification and bill of quantities in detail with Engineering department and site;
collection and organize material price and availability assessment, equipment rental price and labor wage data;
works in cooperation with the purchasing department and office engineering regarding material current price update weekly relative with the purchase invoice to facilitate the department work;
prepare the detail required data to prepare take off sheet and material utilization and wastage management to add the value of current material price and required material to get a good estimation and to date price rate for construction activities.
Conducts post- completion the deliver material relative to utilization current material data cost analysis for all projects;
verify the requested material with delivered quantity and the current material price for requested from projects;
Prepares and submits monthly,quarterly and annual work reports to the responsible body
Job Requirements
Diploma/ Level IV in Building technology, Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering and other related field of studies
minimum of 3 years relevant experience and exposure in similar works
Ability to use engineering software and applications.
Scheduling events, programs and activities
Ability to work as a team and with minimum supervision
