Job Description
DMC Real Estate Plc would like to invite competent Candidates for the vacant position of Project Administrator.
Duties & Responsibilities of the position
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases (e.g. leaves)
Prepare HR documents, like and guides
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event) Job Requirements
BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management / Administration, Management or related field.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Project Administration and more than 4 years’ experience as a project administrator.
Willing to live in the project site
Excellent knowledge of construction methods and regulations
Handling the project budget
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Thorough knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Order office supplies as needed.
Track project expenses.
Prepare requested documents for team members.
Conduct research for team members.
Create progress reports.
