Job Description
DMC Real Estate Plc would like to invite competent Candidates for the vacant position of Project Manager.
Plans , organizes and controls and supervises the overall activities of the construction of DMC real estate project
Provides technical direction by ensuring compliance with quality standards
Covers all areas of project management like planning, cost management, time management, quality management, contract administration and safety management
monitor the progress of construction activities
Devise the project work plans and make revisions on regular basis
Identify and suggest the element of project design and construction
BSc / MSc in Project Management, Civil Engineering or Construction Technology and Management.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in real estate and building more than 5 years’ experience in project manager on real estate development project.
