Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Public relations, Project Management and social science related fields.

Experience:

  • 5 years and above in managing development program projects.

  • Experience in market assessment, SME formations, trainings, analysis, research, Ethiopian labor market or related exposures

  • Experience working with Sidama and SNNP government departments.

  • Demonstrated ability and experience in managing partner relations, negotiation or public/private engagement.
