Job Description
Senior Attorney– Corporate offer legal advice, prepare and draft the appropriate documentation, create effective legal strategies, and represent their clients in trials, mediations, and arbitration hearings.
Job Requirements
Education: LLM/LLB Degree in Law.
Experience: Minimum of 6/8 years of Banking experience, of which 4 years in the area of Law.
The Job Objective is to provide legal advice; prepare/review contracts, policies, rules, and regulations. Handle non-loan litigation civil cases and criminal cases. Represent the Bank before courts of law and tribunals. Examine legal issues related to new products and services. Conduct training, participate in research works, participate in meetings and negotiations, & prepare periodic reports.
Place of work: Addis Ababa ( Head Office )
