Job Requirements

ü  Good understanding of Transformational Development/TD

ü  At least five years’ work experience in NGO environment development-related field

ü  Understanding of World Vision’s development programs;

ü  Good presentation, communication, networking and partnering skills;

ü  Participatory Program and Project Designing, Monitoring and Evaluation Experience;

ü  A strong aptitude for organizational change, innovation, learning, team building; and

ü  Must be a committed Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities.

ü  Qualification required: BA/BSc/MA/MSc Degree in Social sciences, Development Studies and related fields.

ü  Experience:  5+ years in relevant field and NGOs experience is preferred

ü  Preferably, MA/MSc/MBA/MSW or BA/BSc  Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies and related fields

ü  Highly skilled in data analysis using computer packages like Epi-info, SPSS, Power BI, Mobile Data Collection Tool, Advanced MS-Excel;

ü  Demonstrated understanding of MEAL principles and standards

ü  Demonstrated experience and expertise in developing a comprehensive MEAL framework and plan;

ü  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, strong negotiation, diplomacy, and teamwork skills.

ü  Strong conceptual knowledge about theories of change, logic model, multi-sector program indicators, data quality assurance, data utilization, and gender integration into M&E;

ü  Proven experience and skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods, survey design and implementation;

ü  Excellent facilitation, program/activity management, and written and oral communication skills

ü  Experience in economic development as it relates to international development issues and approaches

ü  Demonstrated interest in and capacity to deliver knowledge management and/or organizational learning programs

ü  Ability to link content development and engagement strategies that facilitate timely, useful delivery of information through project learning platforms and activities

ü  Demonstrated interest and experience in international development, especially overseas experience a plus

ü  Creative problem-solving and ability to work under tight deadlines

ü  Team player with a positive attitude
