Kurmuk Gold Mine PLC would like to invite competent, energetic, and qualified applicants for the following vacancy announcement.

Brief outline of duties: Plan, Coordinate, organize and manage the field camp administration, procurement, finance, logistics and supply activities to support gold mining and exploration projects of the company

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  •  Efficiently carry out various tasks in field camp administration, finance, HR, logistic and related tasks.

Terms of Employment: Permanent after probation period

 Number required: 1 (one)

Job Requirements

Qualification Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s degree or master’s in management, Business Administration, or other related fields.

Skills

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A good communicator with effective management & conflict resolution skills.

  • A good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team. 

  • Excellent analytical skills (Forecasting, Problem-solving, Reporting etc) 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.

  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Has driving license
