Job Description

Receptionists are responsible for the reception area of a business. They answer the phone, greet guests, pass information, respond to inquiries and instruct visitors. They are the first point of contact for clients and customers

Administrative assistants provide administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors

  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc

  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.

Desired Skills:

  • Computer skills

  • Communication Skills

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background BA Degree in any Business field

Experience:

  • 1 year and above in a similar role
