Job Description

A Spa & Wellness Manager oversees the operations of a spa and manages the various employees who work there. Their primary duties may include creating employee schedules, reviewing budgets, overseeing marketing plans, and ensuring spa menus are current.

Job Requirements

  • BA in Hotel Management, Business Administration or any related filed.

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Wellness and Spa Manager in a luxury property or a well-established SPA brand.

  • Passionate about the Spa and Fitness world.

  • Demonstrated strong leadership, team, and communication skills are essential.

  • Strong working knowledge of Spa, membership, and recreational software.

  • He/she should be able to develop and implement wellness and SPA operational goals, policies, procedures, and service excellency strategies

  • As the head of the wellness and spa, he/she would play a very important role in the day-to-day operations of the wellness and Spa division

  • he/she should strive to maintain and motivate the entire SPA team, and able to create a culture of care and service excellence among employees
