BAN-DRCE a leading innovative development and research firm is looking for a self-motivated intern/junior consultant with a passion for research, consultancy and development. The intern will actively work with different project teams and support the execution of project activities as per the plan.  

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the research proposal development

• Assist in organizing workshops, trainings, and meetings

• Facilitate financial and administrative procedures (including logistic arrangement) for trainings, meetings, workshops

• Support the projects team in documentation of key elements of a training, meeting, and workshop reports

• Work with project team in compiling and tracking training online data base

• Participate on different projects team meeting and document minutes

• Prepare and submit Expression of interest to different stake holders

• liaison with consultants and client on project management, research undertakings 

• Closely follow up the status of submitted expressions of interest

• Assist project team in different project implementation process

• Undertake other duties as may be assigned by the core team

Reports to: Program Coordinator

Duration of Role: 6- 9 months with possibility of securing junior associate position based on performance                            

Total Number of Interns Needed: Three (3)

Job Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, Public health discipline

• Zero years of work experience

• willingness  to serve for the whole Internship program

• Good Communication and English Writing skill

• Good interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical, problem solving and networking skills.

• Be a team player and communicator

• Detail oriented and Responsible
