Job Description
The Warehouse Coordinator manages warehouse inventory and maintains the database. Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products. Implements daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Coordinating the warehouse crew in daily tasks
Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
Receiving, issuing, and proper keeping finished goods, and CO2 cylinders
Ensuring stock accuracy, proper stacking, and housekeeping of the Warehouse
Managing market returns as per defined procedure and applying defined receiving/issuing protocols
Must be able to work flexible hours; days, afternoons, midnights, overtime, and weekends as necessary.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Education: BA in Economics or business administration and social field
Experience: Minimum 2 years in FMCG and related factories on warehouse coordination
Technical skills:
Must have Computer skill- MS-Office
