Job Description
Manage receptionist duties, greeting visitors entering establishment, respond to in person and telephone
Request for information, provide assistance on different Human Resource duties, Produce and distribute correspondence memos and letters, record incoming and outgoing letters.
Provide excellent customer service to visitors and direct them to the designated personnel
Deliver assistance on different HR functions.
Facilitate general office duties including copying, faxing etc.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos and letters.

Perform other related duties as required.

Diploma or Degree in secretarial science or office management form recognized College or university.
