Job Description
Under general supervision , pleads cases or conducts the filling of suit of loan cases in courts of law; prepare statements of claims and defenses and signs legal notice to be served on default ; follows up the valuation and auction of foreclosed properties ; prepares and submits periodic progress reports on case assigned.

Experience
3/5 years of experience in relevant fields in the banking industry, of which 2 years as attorney or equivalent position.
