Medical laboratory managers oversee the daily operations of a medical laboratory. They manage employees and communicate the schedule of activities. They monitor and ensure all laboratory operations are performed according to specifications, arrange the necessary laboratory equipment and assure that the appropriate health and safety standards are followed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Record and pass test results to medical staff, who use the information to diagnose and treat patient`s illness.

• Upholding health and safety protocols

• Maintaining specialized software

• Coordinates and manages activities and programs within a laboratory facility; manages records for all activities and programs, as necessary; provides technical support for laboratory equipment, supplies, and data analysis tools

Job Requirements:

• MSc or BSc Degree in Microbiology, Medical Laboratory Technology with professional renewed license as Medical Laboratory Technologist or Microbiologist approved by Food, Medicine and Health Care Administration and Control Authority of Ethiopia and relevant work experience

Experience:

• Above 8 years of Experience in Laboratory, out Of which 4 years in Laboratory Manager
