Claim Officer helps clients with insurance claims. He/She reviews the claims submitted and makes sure the claims are valid. He/She gathers documents needed for claims review.

Job Requirement

• Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Management, Accounting,  Marketing, Economics or other related field of study from a recognized University

• Experience:  A minimum of 5(five) years of relevant work experience on Claim Management. Out of which 2 years in the immediate lower Position

The following additional qualities & competencies are required

• Ability to plan, Organize standardize and control Business Operations

• Highly oriented in Customer service

• Good  interpersonal, Communication  & Computer application skill

• Considerable knowledge of core business governing policies and procedures

• Good knowledge of insurance principles and practices,

• Dependable & Team Player
