Job Description

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for countersigns on tickets/vouchers and authorizing transactions, following up all cheque clearance activities, and accounts of a suspense nature, ensuring and following up reconciliation of accounts

Job Requirement

  • Educational Level and Work Experience:  BA degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/Business Administration/ Finance and Accounting or business-related field of study with a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations
