As a Graduate Trainee, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience.

Job Requirements

Qualification: BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field of studies

Work experience: Not required

Graduate Year: Graduates of two years starting from June 2013 – 2014 E.C Only

CGPA: 3:00 for Male 2.75 for femal 

Terms of employment: permanent after probation period.

Salary: As per the scale of the Bank

Work place: branches under Sothern Oromia district (Gujii and Borana)
