Job Description
Senior Sales & Service Officer sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, business, or a relevant field.
At least 5 years of working experience as a tour operator/ travel consultant.
Excellent computer literacy, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft office.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and in a team of diverse backgrounds.
Excellent communication, organizational, people management, and analytical skills.
Strong commitment to the company and its values.
NB: Candidates with travel experience within Ethiopia will be preferred.
Age limit: 18 – 35 years old.
LANGUAGE
Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory and other foreign languages are desirable
