A hotel manager oversees all operations and day-to-day activities in a hotel organization &. They take on a variety of duties including managing everything from accounting, sales, business development, and customer service

Duties & Responsibilities;

  • Overseeing personnel, including receptionists, kitchen staff, and office employees.

  • Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.

  • Keep the highest possible customer service and make sure that the customer service is at all times performed in a professional way. Help customers or participants feel at ease and support special requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management, Business Management, Management or in a related field

Experience:

  • 10 years in the hotel industry
