1. Greet and escort customers to their tables.

2. Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)

3. Prepare tables by setting up napkins, silverware and glasses.

4. Liaise with Food Runner as per the company SOP.

5. Train Food Runner for smooth service delivery.

6. Inform customers about the day’s specials.

7. Offer menu recommendations upon request.

8. Up-sell additional products when appropriate.

9. Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips.

Job Requirements

• Level IV in Food and Beverage Service, COC Certified

• Experience: 5 years and above

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English 

• Can meet individual and team goals.

• Must possess excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer orientation and maintain attention to details.
