Job Description

Store Clerk removes items from stock to fill orders from authorized requisitions. Delivers and/or may pick up stock or other items to departments or offices concerned. Assists in counting and recording inventory. Assists in keeping stockroom, warehouse and loading area in a clean and orderly condition.

Key Performance Objectives:

Stock Accountability

§  Daily updated all stock card entries for all outgoing and incoming stocks                    

§  Completed arrangements of all stock items. Ensure stocks are arranged as per their model no

§  Correctly issue invoices to retailers or waybill to branches (no differences).  

Handle Stock movements for Channel Partner

§  Completed issuing of stocks to retailers/ transporter in good time (no delay except caused by the recipient). 

§  Ensure Backup manual records are updated and filed

§  Communicated with retailers on any shipping information and queries resolved within 24 hours.     

Accurately execute stock reconciliations and stock take

§  Ensure correct stocks are issued out.                                                                                                 

§  Ensure retailers stock sheet are completed in triplicates and retailers takes his copies with the stock purchased   

§  Ensure proper procedures are followed                                         

§  Complete physical and system stock take by 26th of every month.

Ensure Data integrity and Support

§  Ensure that Billing platform configuration is updated to prevent further data integrity challenges around device movement and of new decoder and smartcard models is done correctly and timeously

§  Ensure that secure files from decoder manufacturers (OSC files) and Irdeto (TSC files) are uploaded correctly onto KMS and SAP.

§  Ensure that attribute files from decoder manufacturers are uploaded correctly onto Billing System and SAP

§  SAP data integrity updates by fixing mismatches between SAP and billing system, update device model/material

Resolve all hardware related queries originating from the Billing system

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

University degree in business related field and/or, preferably procurement and Logistics.

Working knowledge of SAP- MM is a must.

Experience in store management and accounting knowledge a definite advantage.

Minimum 3 three years’ experience.
