Regional Sales Manager sells products by maintaining and expanding the customer base and managing staff. Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts.

Job Requirements

Marketing, Sales, Business administration, or Economics Degree, or relevant degree with over 6 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer/account management.

Post-graduate certification in Sales & Marketing, and business administration will be an added advantage.

Industry certification e.g., Cisco (CCNA/CCDA and above), CISSP, AWS, Microsoft Azure or similar will be an added advantage

Experience in sales management of ICT and enterprise solution is an added advantage

Experience in B2B sales and operation management

Team player, strong influence and relationship management

Ability to engage and influence at all levels of management, internally and externally.

Has worked in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and must have good problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills

Well-developed presentation skills with attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (articulate) coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills.

Ability to create and develop efficient processes

Project management skills
