Job Description
Territory Account Managers oversee all sales-related activities within a stipulated geographical region. They devise sales strategies, establish rapport with existing and target clients, and coordinate the training of sales staff and channel partners within their territory.
A Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field
At least 3 years exposure in Service and/or Customer management for major corporate clients, commercially savvy with a detailed understanding of the technologies the company is selling and issues that typically arise
Work experience of 2 years in field sales, preferably B2B environment
Tech Savvy, Quick learner with an affinity to technology development and advancements
Good Knowledge of general Safaricom products and services, and expert knowledge of Safaricom EBU products and services, as well as internal processes
Demonstrate ability to implement processes and handle cross functional issues from end to end.
Demonstrate high level of integrity and strict adherence to laid down process while putting customer first
Innovative with great negotiation skills
