Job Description

Business Intelligence Specialist assesses market strategies by analyzing related products, markets, or trends. Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers. Identifies markets for future product development and methods to improve sales of existing products by analyzing technology trends.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Power BI specialist.

Industry experience is preferred

Background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modelling) and data mining

In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework

Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, SSAS)

Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative

Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude

BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
