Job Description
Give objective assurance of the adherence of existing IT policies, procedures, standards, regulatory directives and relevant laws in the assigned work unit and touch points.
Carry out IT audit by examining and analyzing proper operations of the IT department in line with its operating policies and procedures.
Conducts special investigation on IT related frauds, embezzlements and any other assignments and produce a report.
Monitors that IT audits findings are properly rectified.
Communicate IT audit findings to IT department to obtain its responses and get action plan for final rectifications.
Makes recommendation to improve the IT audit work processes.
adhere to national and international professional standards; benchmark international best practices of audit work processes and promote continuous process improvement;

Job Requirements
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent,
Experience:
A minimum of 3/Three year’s relevant experience in the banking industry in the It audit position.
