Job Description
An Executive Assistant is a professional responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key executives in their company. They prioritize emails and phone calls and arrange meetings and business events.
Education & Experience Requirements:
MBA/MA or BA degree in Management/Business Administration/ Accounting/Economics or related fields of study with 11 years of relevant experience of which 4 years in senior management positions for BA holders or 9 years of relevant experience of which 3 years on senior management positions for MBA/MA holders. Experience assisting and advising the CEO in a financial institution is mandatory. The requirements of the National Bank of Ethiopia remain applicable

In addition to the above competencies, the position holder will among other functions; manages the preparation of annual plan for the Chief Executive Office and provide a range of advices to the CEO on top of assisting the
CEO on the various activities of the Bank. The job holder will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and providing advice on the full range of operational and strategic issues to the CEO of the Bank.
