Job Description

Senior Customer Service Officer leads, organizes, and reviews the work of assigned staff. Independently perform the most difficult customer service duties. Interpret, explain, and enforce department policies and procedures. Operate and troubleshoot computer system and application problems.

Job Requirement

  • Education (Minimum):BA in Accounting/Business Management/ Management or related field

  • Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience

  • Number Required:   5 (Five)
