Job Description
The Senior Customer Service Officer Cash/ Accounts will provide front office customer service support at the branch. S/he will handle account management transactions, respond to customer enquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2-year service as Customer Service Officer on IFB Window. Certification in IFB related trainings is an advantage.
